From my experience, I found Olive Garden steak has a little less juice than any other steakhouse steak. But, the steak is topped with garlic herb butter which makes it look juicer though.
As I mentioned earlier, Olive Garden uses beef meat in steak, which is why you get the taste of decidedly beefy in each bite.

Please bring back the Steak Gorgonzola back!!! It’s the only reason I came there. Being Italian, I always have Italian Sauce at home, so this was a delicous change! At least put it on the menu as a special!!! I really loved it so much! Thank you.
